Access and Resource Center
The Access and Resource Center (ARC) is an office of the courts offering these free services for people who don't have an attorney:
- Information about Vermont state court processes.
- Help with Vermont state court forms.
- Information about ways to get the help of an attorney.
Free interpreter services are available. Staff do not provide legal advice.

- Services can be provided to anyone needing assistance in a Vermont court.
- Staff are available to take calls and respond to emails Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Closed court holidays.
- In-person support at the Costello Courthouse at 32 Cherry Street in Burlington is available by appointment. Please email or call staff to set up an appointment.
