Public Access to Remote Hearings
Some court hearings are remote or hybrid. That means some or all of the people participate by video or phone, including judges, attorneys, and others.
If you would like to observe a non-confidential hearing, please complete the form below. Please include as much information as possible in your request, including court, parties to the case, hearing date, hearing time, and case number. You can search our court calendars to find information about the hearing.
We recommend requests be sent with at least 24 hours notice before the hearing is set to occur. You may still submit a request within 24 hours, though if this is the case we recommend you also reach out to the courthouse via email or phone. You may ask them to provide you with the Webex information for the case. Please keep in mind that if all parties appear in person the court may not connect remotely to the Webex.
