The Judiciary’s Case Management System, Enterprise Justice, the Public Portal, the Attorney Portal, Vermont Digital Evidence Portal (VDEP), as well as some functions of Odyssey E-File and Serve will be offline and unavailable Wednesday, June 17th 6:00PM – Thursday, June 18th 12:00AM due to planned maintenance.

Visitors to the Vermont Supreme Court building in Montpelier should follow posted signage to an alternate entrance, as the main entrance is temporarily unavailable due to repairs to the front steps.

The Orleans County Courthouse at 247 Main Street in Newport is temporarily closed to the public. Court assistance and forms are available at the Orleans Criminal Courthouse located next door at 217 Main Street. All hearings will be held in person at 217 Main Street unless you are notified otherwise.
