The Franklin Civil and Probate Divisions courthouse, located at 17 Church Street in St. Albans, will be closed to the public on Thursday, June 25, and Friday, June 26, while flooring replacement work is completed. The closure is necessary to minimize exposure to construction-related noise, dust, and fumes. Please contact the court by phone or email if you need assistance during this time. If you need immediate assistance you may go to the courthouse at 36 Lake Street, St. Albans.

The Orleans County Courthouse at 247 Main Street in Newport is temporarily closed to the public. Court assistance and forms are available at the Orleans Criminal Courthouse located next door at 217 Main Street. All hearings will be held in person at 217 Main Street unless you are notified otherwise.
